Here Tulsidas is praying to all the living creatures no matter good or bad & asking their blessings before start narrating Rama's Biography. He feels that Rama was such a person, its difficult for anyone in this world to narrate his glory. Hence he is trying to gather all that power by seeking everyone's blessings.
He has given some amazing examples;
1. SAINTS are like flowers who dont change their nature depending on person standing infront of him. They always gives the same good inputs (as per their nature) to anyone whether person is good or bad like flowers give fragrance to all whether it be who plucks the flowers or be it be who keep them in hands with care.
2. Bad person can damage anything good of others even at the cost of their own extinction like snow balls once fall on crop, will damage reaped crop but also will loose their existence.
3. ANGEL is like bears all the pain to deliver best to others like cotton passes through various processes & still after accepting all that pain it gives protection to others body parts via clothing.
